From enquiry to delivery
Requirement Review
We review your enquiry in detail — commodity, grade, quantity, destination, and timeline — to ensure we understand your needs before responding.
Supplier Engagement
We contact our network of verified producers, processors, and exporters in the relevant producing regions to confirm availability and current conditions.
Quality Assessment
Where appropriate, we request samples or quality documentation — including moisture content, grade specifications, and origin documentation.
Supply Offer
We provide a detailed supply offer including specifications, pricing basis, incoterms, packaging, and estimated lead time from loading to destination.
Logistics Coordination
Once terms are agreed, we coordinate export logistics — loading, documentation, phytosanitary or fumigation certificates where required, and shipping booking.

You receive a full documentation package — Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, packing list, and any commodity-specific certificates required for import.

Transparency over promises.
Commodity quality in African markets varies by region, season, and handling. We do not promise uniform perfection — we promise transparency about what we are supplying.
Before committing to a supply offer, we confirm the grade and quality conditions of available stock. Where samples are practical, we arrange them. Where documentation is required — phytosanitary certificates, fumigation certificates, or laboratory analysis — we coordinate accordingly.
Buyers are encouraged to specify their quality requirements clearly in their enquiry, including any import destination standards that must be met.
Logistics
Packaging, shipping & documentation.
Packaging
Standard packaging options for each commodity are described in the product specifications. Custom packaging — labelling, bag type, container packing method — can be arranged. Discuss your requirements at the enquiry stage.
Shipping
We work on FOB, CFR, and CIF bases depending on destination and buyer preference. Shipping is coordinated from primary export ports in West Africa. Transit times vary by destination and vessel schedule.
Documentation
Standard export documentation includes Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, and commodity-specific certificates (phytosanitary, fumigation) where required by the importing country.
Lead Times
Lead times depend on commodity availability, processing requirements, and shipping schedules. Typical production-to-shipping lead times are indicated per commodity. Firm timelines are confirmed at the offer stage.
